Creating 'Dino' & 'Tinksie'

On Friday the kids went to 'Build-a-Bear' to create some new fluffy toys.
We went with Emily's friend from school, Savannah.

The first step is to choose your 'unstuffed' toy and then you choose a sound to go inside the leg, after that you get to stuff the toy with special fluff. Once the toy is 'hug checked' to see if it has enough stuffing, you choose a heart to go inside. The stitching is fastened and you move on to the computer where you register the 'birth' and name your new toy. Emily chose a pink unicorn and named her Tinksie and Stephen chose the dinosaur and we named it Dino.

Once you have completed the registering, you can choose from a myriad of different clothes. It is amazing how many different outfits there were to choose from, ballerina tutu's, princess dresses, biking outfits, sports outfits - even High School Musical and Hannah Montana outfits, the list is quite endless. Emily and Savannah chose the 'rock star' outfit, complete with a hands free mic, for Stephen's dinosaur we went for a Harley Davidson Leather jacket.

It was a fun afternoon out, we could have done with a little more time though, we had to rush back to try and beat the Friday afternoon traffic.
