Yesterday we spent the evening making our own boerewors. It was quite a unique experience to say the least, but when boerewors costs around $15 (R100) per kilo at the shops, it pays to make your own. We made about 7 1/2 kilos, but Chris (pictured below), must have made around 20 kilos.
