Christmas 2008

Christmas Eve was a lovely family day. In the morning we took the kids swimming at the indoor pools, after which we had lunch at Nandos. After Stephen's nap we went to the movies and then home for our family Christmas time and opening presents. It was so hard to get them to bed that night as all they wanted to do was play with their new toys.

Christmas day we had some SA friends over for a traditional lunch. We cooked a gammon in the weber and we had all the yummy extras that go with a really great meal.

9pm we spent some 'Skype' time with all our family in South Africa (it was 12pm there - lunch time), so at least we had some family over for Christmas - even if it was through the computer.
