We had a wonderful time in our 3 week visit back to South Africa.
We just wish we had more time to visit with all the people we wanted to see.
Here are some highlights from the trip.
Fiona's 'pre-Mrs' party.
Alan (stief boetie), bought himself an AC Cobra - the men drooled!
Stephen discovered Alan's old wooden sword and the kids instantly became musketeers (thanks to Barbie).
Here he is playing on my Mom's balcony, chatting to Frans (my Mom's gardener).
Emily had her yearly opthamologist apointment, we had to put drops in her eyes to open her pupils so that the specialist could examine them properly. This results in her eyes being very sensitive to light - hence the cool sunnies. We are thankful to report that her eyes are the best they have ever been.
Mom and Walter's house has the most amazing view of Pretoria and every evening God paints the sky with the most stunning sunsets.
We got to meet Reuben Diedericks, here he is a few days old.

Stephen had some fillings done under concious sedation at the dentist.
We were so thankful to be able to get this done in South Africa as he would have had to go under general anaesthetic and have the fillings done in a hospital theatre here in Aus.
